Inspiration for International Coffee Day
Brand positioning. Copywriting. Campaigns. Planning. Content Marketing. These are some of the emerging use cases around INSPO - your AI Inspiration Partner. And we want to share the possibilities. So every 1-2 weeks, I'll include a short video around one INSPO possibility in the blog post. The first is about how INSPO can help for naming brands - see below. Also, I'll be tweeting a short weekly update on our progress - see here and here.
International Coffee Day is coming up on September 29 and I wanted to share some inspiration ahead of time. Hopefully it starts a train of thought! Here's a glimpse of my Coffee Board and rough notes from INSPO.
🔮 Tea leaves predict the future. But Coffee beans make the future. Coffee is the drink that fires us up and moves the world forwards. 💊 Caffeine is a sad drug. Coffee is a joyful drink. Sentiment analysis revealed that HaikuJAM poems about Caffeine express more sadness and less joy than poems about Coffee. 🍵 Tea is me, Coffee is we. Tea is about the individual and his or her preferences, e.g. "technology is just not my cup of tea". Coffee is about the collective and connection, e.g. "let's catchup over coffee". But could coffee develop a stickier phrase than 'my cup of tea'? Perhaps even a meme? 📚 Books are the most common object association with coffee. 🧪 Entrepreneurs are endlessly fascinated with what can be done with coffee - hence the number of experiments around flavours and preparation methods. ☕ The smell of coffee creates anticipation and even taste... It's a synaesthetic experience. 🥄 Coffee spoons are a unit of life. The more the spoons, the richer the life. 😡 Caffeine brings out the hulk. It's a chemical. Coffee is about culture, sophistication and manners. Is it time to sever coffee's association with caffeine? 🌏 Without coffee, the world is just dry, rocky emptiness - inspired by James S.A. Corey. 🖤 Souls aren't white, they're black. Like coffee. And there is purity in blackness. There is purity in the extreme. 🔢 The words First, Second and Third are associated with coffee, across different contexts: number of cups, number of dates, number of sips. 💕 The first coffee date is casual. The second is intriguing. The third is intimate. And the nth is serious... 1 drink, n emotions. 🏁 Starts and Ends are verb associations with Coffee. It helps us start and end so many things: the day, new projects, new adventures... The drink comes full circle. 📖 What if brands printed quotes from Goodreads on coffee cups and packaging? (Considering the association between Coffee and Books...) ⌚ Tea is for morning and evening; coffee is for morning and night (as per 249,685 HaikuJAM poems). Is tea for evening relaxation and coffee for powering through the night? Coffee seems more extreme. Could its dark colour also contribute to the nighttime association? 🤝 Let's grab coffee = Let's meet, share thoughts, jam on ideas, get to know each other... Coffee is bigger than the drink, it's about people. 🙏 There's a fine line between daily ritual (coffee) and addiction (caffeine). The former is aspirational, the latter is cautionary. 🃏 No matter how crazy the world gets, coffee will provide soothing clarity and perspective. ❤️ "I love you" - these are just words. "I got you iced coffee" - this is an action. And actions speak louder than words. 🧠 Chai taps the Desi brain, with associations like Garam, Dost, Saath, Sutta and Dil. Coffee is considered more international - perhaps even foreign. Could it become an important metaphor for bringing people from different cultures together, especially at a time when the world is getting closed off? 😍 Coffee comes in so many different shades, shapes and sizes. Coffee is diversity.
